Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Exploration Kids Therapy is dedicated to culturally responsive, inclusive care. Our clinicians are trained to integrate diverse cultural values into treatment plans and foster respect for all identities and backgrounds. Equity in care is core to our patient-first approach.
We celebrate neurodiversity and affirm inclusion in every aspect of care. Our staff attends ongoing DEI training, and we prioritize inclusive hiring, culturally sensitive assessment tools, and client dignity. As a rural practice, we strive to ensure accessibility and responsive care for all community members.
We accept a variety of insurance plans and offer transparent self-pay rates. Before services begin, we provide legally required “good faith estimates” so families can prepare for expected costs.
Save time during your visit by completing our intake questionnaires in advance. Forms are tailored by age group or service type (e.g. under‑6, ages 6–10, learning disorder evaluations).
Read real stories from families in Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Grand Junction describing their experiences with our evaluation and therapy services.
Families in rural areas can rely on curated links for developmental milestones, neurodiversity resources, autism toolkits, and local support groups. Many resources are available in Spanish.
We provide interpreter services and translated materials whenever needed. We can complete clinical interviews and background forms in your preferred language. Written resources may also be requested in other languages.
